The front patio creates a completely different atmosphere, overlooking Main Street, downtown Garrettsville and the Buckeye Block amphitheater and community gathering area.
The Commercial Kitchen
The property includes an established commercial kitchen with a full fire suppression system, along with applicable restaurant equipment, furnishings and non-leased equipment included in the offering.
The sale also includes applicable business assets and recipes as identified by the seller.
Ice Cream on the Falls
Garrett’s Mill’s ice cream shop overlooks the falls and adds another component to the restaurant and outdoor experience.
The ice cream shop was renovated when Restaurant: Impossible returned to Garrett’s Mill in 2020.
